Women don't have a Y chromosome!

I find it a bit incredible that the following comment made it past the reviewers. In the discussion, in reference to the Y chromosome, the authors state "Indeed, as noted by [91], males lose this chromosome during their ageing process while females keep it,". There are two serious errors in this claim. The first is that the source identified in reference 91, refers only to hematopoietic cells, while this manuscript implies all cells, and the second and more egregious issue is the apparent claim that females have a Y chromosome. I am puzzled as to how such a basic misconception of human genetics could be held by the authors and missed by the reviewers.
