After registering for an account, I've been waiting 10 days for few sequences, surely this can be computed in less than 10 minutes.

The online version of this software does not work properly. It requires a login but submissions seem to lead nowhere. These computations should only take minutes at most. In addition the offline version requires MATLAB, which is commercial software. In any case there is no link to download the software! Therefore this software can't be used in practice.
