Competing Interests

Hess Corporation, the overall funder for the project through a contract through CSA, had no involvement in ANY aspect of the project other than to provide funds. Each of the authors had contracts with CSA to perform the work and were paid consultant fees. In addition, CSA covered all costs of the project including travel, subsistence, etc. None of the authors had or have any involvement with Hess. John Young is a contractual employee of CSA and managed the project.
