The relevant licensed United States patents are: “Detectably Labeled Dual Conformation Oligonucleotide Probes, Assays and Kits” 5,925,517; and “Nucleic Acid Detection Probes Having Non-FRET Fluorescence Quenching and Kits and Assays Including Such Probes” 6,150,097.
