YCV in an aquatic environment can be acquired by Cx. quinquefasciatus and Ae. albopictus.
Cx. quinquefasciatus and Ae. albopictus were bred in clean water or sewage with a serial YCV titration (105, 104, 103 and 102 pfu/ml).
