Little adds to our knowledge

Nowhere in the paper cis- trans- conformation, or FA chain length (except for a short note about n3PUFA, which would remarkably be ignored by the purposes of the metanalysis) and other essential biochemical proporties of dietary fatty acids are mentioned.
There is no notice of a bromotological analysis of diets, thus little is known about disturbing factors that could come together with the substitution of SFA with PUFA.
The metaanalytical methodology is excellent, which I suppose has driven to acceptance of this paper which nevertheless, because of the missing biological insight, is no priority in the education and updating of students and doctors.
