AMSUS posts podcast on civilian casualty tracking in Afghanistan

On 27 May 2010, AMSUS ((The Association of Military Surgeons of the United States) posted a podcast on use of the CBDAR (Civilian Battle Damage Assessment Ratio) in Southern Afghanistan by NATO/ISAF forces.

In the podcast, Lt Col Ewan Cameron of the Royal Army Medical Corps describes how the CBDAR method was adapted from the Dirty War Index and how it has been used to track and decrease civilian casualties from military actions.
