These are not all SSRIs

Venlafaxine is not an SSRI; it is serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor.
Nefazodone has complex serotonin and norepinephrine agonist properties and very mild reuptake inhibition.

Looking at table one the mean changes for nefazodone appear to be much closer to placebo than the other drugs examined. It would more clinically relevent to see these drugs, which have different mechanisms and speed of action, presented separately.
