The discussion points out that: "...the present findings _cannot_ distinguish between potentially distinct benefits of increasing PUFA versus decreasing SFA. Yet your conclusion is: "These findings provide evidence that consuming PUFA _in place of_ SFA reduces CHD events in RCTs."
