The EAGLE model in the mouse was trained in the lung. In the heatmap, each row represents an enhancer-target interaction, while each column is one particular cell type. The color represents the prediction confidence score for this interaction. On average, 95,723 relationships were identified in each cell type. Majority of the relationships were tissue-specific.
