Note in this figure ellipsoid-prolate is denoted as E-prolate, intensity-StdDev as I-stdDev, intensity-min as I-Min, intensity-max as I-Max, nucleus-cytoplasm volume ratio as Ratio, ellipsoid-oblate as E-oblate.
