A) The Postsynaptic Density (PSD) is annotated as a contour in the segmentation and represented as a patch (purple) neighboring the plasma membrane (yellow). B) Screenshot of boundary marking using BlendGAMer v2.0.5 in Blender 2.80. The circle select tool is used to select faces of the plasma membrane mesh in proximity to the PSD patches. A user interface allows the user to name boundaries, assign and unassign face membership, along with setting the marker value. At the time of writing, BlendGAMer runs in Blender versions ranging from 2.79b and onward.
