Far from equilibrium dissipative structures

This is well written and a good review of the art. However, I did find one potential error as I believe the “far from equilibrium dissipative structures" reference is likely mis-attributed to astrophysicist Charles Lineweaver or is at least missing an important key reference. Far from equilibrium dissipative structures were originally proposed by I. Prigogine, See Prigogine’s Nobel speech “Time Structure and Fluctuations” 1977, Line 35, p267 where he derives “dissipative structures”. Prigogine also specifically addresses his theory on far from equilibrium dissipative structures in terms of "bifurcations.”
