A) Consensus motif identified by MEME analysis for 16 late and C) l6 leaky late promoters from clusters in Table 1. Promoter sequences of each gene is further listed for the B) late and D) leaky late classes sorted based on conformity to the identified consensus motif. BcRF1 (vTBP) promoter sequence was excluded by MEME software due to high deviation from the determined consensus motif and is presented separately.
