Thermostability of reovirus T1L and T3D.

Reovirus strains T1L and T3D were incubated in PBS at (A) room temperature or (B) 37°C for indicated times, adsorbed on HeLa cells at an MOI of 5×103 particles/cell, and assessed for infectivity in HeLa cells 18 hpi by indirect immunofluorescence. Results are expressed as box and whisker plots of percent infectivity (normalized to 0 min) for quadruplicate independent experiments. *, P < 0.0005 in comparison to 0 h by one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s multiple-comparison’s test.
