GFP-FIP1C-wildtype and FIP1C truncation mutants demonstrate distinct localization with Rab14 and Rab11a.

HeLa cells were transfected with (A)GFP- FIP1C wild-type (WT; 1–649), (B) C-terminally truncated GFP-FIP1C (1-614), lacking the Rab11 binding domain (RBD), (C) N-terminally truncated GFP-FIP1C (560–649), (D) GFP-FIP1C (592–649), or (E) FIP1C(560–649)(S580N/S582L). Cells were fixed and stained for endogenous Rab14 (red) and Rab11a (blue).
