Tbet and GATA3 regulate hA3G and hA3F expression.
Naïve CD4+ T cells were transduced with a Tbet or GATA3 expressing lentiviral vector. After sorting based on GFP marker gene expression, cytoplasmic RNA was isolated and used to determine mRNA levels of hA3G (A) and hA3F (B) by qRT-PCR. Data are expressed as copy number of hA3G or hA3F per 106 copies of GAPDH. Error bars represent median and interquartile range.
