Please correct the recombination strategy parts of the article

I have been waiting for a correction to appear...I feel that this is necessary so that students in the lab won't try do design experiments with a similar strategy.

Specifically, this part of the Materials and Methods "The stop codons in the forward and reverse primers would prevent expression of the truncated HDP in the event of site specific recombination..." and the anticipated results parts (diagrams) of Figures 5 and 6 are clearly incorrect. Especially note that after homologous recombination, a stop codon will not be present at the beginning of the truncated gene in Figure 5A; rather the exon beginning with a stop codon would be found near the end of the insertion. Thus there should also be 2 arrow heads in 5B for the expected sizes of hybridizing bands upon integration (~6.7 and ~4.9 kb). Similar corrections due to the incorrect representation of recombination are needed in Fig 6.
