In my opinion, this fascinating paper could hopefully open a new epocal way in fighting disorder brought about by deadly viruses, at the condition that these drugs do not cause dangerous side effects. We are now able to ascertain at the bedside the presence of such a possible consequence of the therapy. As a matter of facts, possible lesion of biological system mit-DNA and n-DNA can be recognized early, from the first administration of the drug, by the quick and reliable clinical evaluation, i.e., with a stethoscope, of the glycocalix of every system (1, 2). Interestingly, cell membrane-glycocalix-Comel interstitum (ECM) are to be considered a single unit, from the functional view-point, structured by nucleous and mithocondrium DNA.
