Senescence-associated β-galactosidase staining in EA.hy926 cells grown on Matrigel-coated or plastic culture plates.

EA.hy926 endothelial cells were seeded on Matrigel-coated (Panel A) or plastic plates (Panel B) at 9000 cells/cm2 and grown for 10 days. SA-β-Galactosidase Staining was performed on cells and 3 representative images are shown per condition. The arrows in the first image of Panel A and Panel B indicate cells with a high level of SA-β-galactosidase staining.
