Specific contrast, the ratio of integrated area of the imaged test line peak to the number of particles measured by AGFM, was calculated for 0, 0.62 and 2.50 ng/mL hCG in assays run with and without a magnetic field, mean and standard error are represented (n = 3). Two-way ANOVA was performed and statistically significant (95%) variance caused by concentration (p<0.0001), magnet (p = 0.0003), and interaction between concentration and magnet (p = 0.028) was found.
