Each graph included standard error bars and representative blots. Concentrations were quantified by protein densities of Western blot bands and normalized by concentrations of α-tubulin. Non-reproductive, n = 4; Post-reproductive, n = 15; * p = 0.050, significantly different compared to non-reproductive group.
