Structural connections that are present across all subjects and used in the sCCA framework.

The subfigure on the left shows the structural connections represented as a symmetric, 68 × 68 binarised connectivity matrix. The bottom left matrix quadrant represents connections within the left hemisphere, the top right represents connections within the right hemisphere, and the remaining quadrants represent interhemispheric connections. The subfigure on the right shows the same connections represented as a three-dimensional graph. Each region is represented as a blob with size proportional to the corresponding size of the FreeSurfer region.
