A–D. The representative kidney images were observed under light microscopy on week 18. A. Compared with the control group, the IgG deposition in the kidney was not detected by immunofluorescence. Both HE (B) and PAS (C) staining showed no obvious cells proliferation and pathological changes in the mesangial region of the vaccine groups. D.
