Taxa in the pediatric data set (stool-based) and the Frank et al. data set (tissue-based) agree in their relative abundance.

Mean difference in normalized abundance between IBD samples and control samples is plotted for each taxa. Positive values (x-axis) mean the taxa is more prevalent in IBD samples, while negative values are associated with taxa more abundant in control samples. Stool-based and tissue-based data set are differentially colored (dark blue and light blue respectively).
