Correlation of Wolbachia Densities and CI Penetrance.

There is a positive correlation between Wolbachia density and CI level for all temperature treatments. Points on the chart denote the Wolbachia density and % female offspring from single-pair matings between infected (12.1) N. vitripennis males exposed to 18 C (A), 25 C (B and D) or 30 C (C) temperature treatments and uninfected (12.1T) females.
