Genomic regions GR1–GR15 are marked. Clustering analysis was performed using Gene Cluster (EisenSoftware). Hierarchical clustering was performed using the average linkage method on the trinary matrix based on the CGH analysis (1 for presence, 0 for uncertain and −1 for absence/divergence of a gene).
