Table2 column alignment error in data?

Posted by Soulblighter on 30 Nov 2012 at 09:03 GMT

There seems to be an error in table2. For example, the vadama sample do not read 42.2% for R1a1, as presented in the results section.

The Table 2 has a publication error. We have notified the publication team of PLoS One and are waiting for them to change. The data in the columns have been interchanged during publication. But you may construct the frequency data from the supplementary raw data (table S1).
