I notice one trivial error in the caption for Figure 9:

"Dinosaur silhouettes by Scott Hartman (all but Metriacanthosauridae; used with permission) and Gregory S. Paul (Metriacanthosauridae; used with permission)."

The silhouette representing Coelophysoidea is by "FunkMonk". (It's in the Public Domain, though, so you are not obligated to provide credit.) See here: http://phylopic.org/image...
