ELISPOT results for the predicted epitope showed that the 10mer sequence p1722–31 (RPGGKKKYKL) stimulated IFN-γ production without DC in a concentration-dependent manner (Fig. 6A, No DC) at levels approximately 2.5-fold higher than without DC.

Data was incorrectly entered. The correct sentence should read: ELISPOT results for the predicted epitope showed that the 10mer sequence p17(22-31) (RPGGKKKYKL) stimulated IFN-gamma production with DC in a concentration-dependent manner at levels approximately 2.5-fold higher than without DC (Fig. 6A, DC compared to No DC).
