Mislead by the tRNAs?

One of the highlighted results of the paper is the unorthodox placement of your Dermaptera sequence as sister to the Plecoptera in your phylogenetic analyses (Figure 7). Both trees presented include the tRNA genes in the alignment, yet the tRNA secondary structure folds presented in Figure 2 are highly unusual, and one wonders if there are alignment difficulties at the heart of this tree topology. What is the topology of the tree like when one excludes these tRNA genes from the analysis (for instance a tree based solely on 1st +2nd codon positions of 13 PCGs)?
