pp32 not a phosphatase

Just wish to note that the name pp32 is derived from "phosphoprotein" (Malek et al., 1990) not "protein phosphatase" although "PP" is used for other protein phosphatases. It would be wrong to suggest that pp32 has any known phosphatase activity.

I believe the abstract should be adjusted.
