Please, I'm not sure if there is a mistake or I did misunderstand the variables described at legend of the Figure 2.
There are 2 variables described, "initial improvement" and "plateau improvement". I did understand clear as cristal what they meant to be, however at the end of the legend there is another variable called "immediate iprovement".
I'm not sure if the "immediate improvement" means another variable or a simple name changing.

Thanks for your interest - we replaced the word initial with immediate. It's not a different variable. I'm sorry if that caused confusion.
