Congratulations for your work, first of all. The prevalence of undiagnosed depression is quite high, how did you deal with that in your study? Wouldn't it bias the results to some extent?

Undiagnosed depression equals to low sensitivity.
We have already addressed this concern in the discussion section of our published version when we stated that
"Our validation study found very high specificity (0.96) for the self-reported diagnosis of depression. Theoretically, with perfect specificity, even when non-differential misclassification of disease because of low sensitivity exists, this will not bias the relative risk estimate.
