PloS One owes the authors an apology. The authors should not be held responsible for a flawed peer review process. Any issues language or scientific can be addressed during the peer review process. If the peer reviewers did not do their job, the editors also failed miserably. Have the editors ever read the whole paper before it was published? Chinese scientists should boycott the journal.
