Competing Interests
SD has a patent on the CS protein described in this manuscript (Title: Plasmodium falciparum circumsporozoite vaccine gene optimization for soluble protein expression; patent # 9,115,205). PS is affiliated to a commercial entity Cytos Biotechnology. PS was an active participant throughout this study and during manuscript preparation. The commercial affiliation of PS did not in any way affect the conduct of the study.
