ClimAdapt, LLC is a sole proprietorship consulting company working on health and global change issues. Clients are predominantly international organizations, such as WHO and UNEP, and national institutions, such as Health Canada. Dr. Kristie Ebi conducts research on the impacts of and adaptation to climate change, including on extreme events, thermal stress, foodborne safety and security, and vectorborne diseases. Her work focuses on understanding sources of vulnerability and designing adaptation policies and measures to reduce the risks of climate change in a multi-stressor environment. Hence, the authors can confirm that this does not alter their adherence to all PLOS ONE policies on sharing data and materials.
