Competing Interests
The authors have read the journal's policy and have the following conflicts: Dr. Thompson has received an honorarium for presenting study results at a meeting for Affymetrix Inc., which produces the MIP array platform used in the study that is described. Drs. Mills, Bondy, Thompson, Zhang and Mr. Tsachavidis are named on an application for a patent for findings related to the work presented.
