Growth curves of selected morphotypes of B. pseudomallei strains E8 and K96243. Bacteria were grown in modified RPMI medium for 60 h after nutrient limitation conditions and after in vivo infection and in vitro infection. Data are shown as mean values ± SD of triplicate samples.
