X-axes indicate the time in hours since eflornithine addition.

In the right-hand flowchart, the respective boxes containing the text "Trypanothione (SH)2" and "Trypanothione (S)2" should appear in the opposite order.

Additionally, the text reading "Spermidine Synthase" should read "Spermidine Synthetase."
