How about CD8+ minor histocompatibility antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte clones use without a prior immun ablation?

Hello! Thank you for the very interesting paper!

Not being a specialist in this topic, my question might sound foolish, but I wonder, could CD8+ minor histocompatibility antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte clones be used as treatment in leukemia WITHOUT a prior ablative treatment? Has that been tried? Maybe with SOME immune supression but not ablative regimens, followed by these clones' infusion and, afterwards, SELF immune system reconstitution (with/without growing factors).

It would be very nice and it would save us from worrying about GVHD.
