It is interesting that a subject of such wide international interest had received so few publications. Perhaps because authors at that age are more motivated by planning their future life and making a career. I congratulate authors on taking the time to share their thoughts.

While west has been "less inviting" and more "selective" for health professionals by application of harder to achieve medical exams and lengthy procedures, they never banned nor closed their doors to foreign medical graduates. But shifted the interest to technology based areas. West has its own reasons to accept well educated, ready to use, best of graduates professionals.

I agree with authors in 4 reasons they claimed in "Why Do Medical Graduates Leave?" section.

I agree with first part of Forcier's suggestions in box.1. But applying them is another thing. Suggestion for host countries seems impractical to me.
