Before doctors go racing around the world with scalpels flashing in a circumcision frenzy .... please consider this alternative.
My father informed me when I was 15 that if I wanted to look circumcised, this is what I should do (he did it when he was a teenager, too): Wear the foreskin retracted for two hours the first day, then increase the time approx. 1 hour per day until there is no more discomfort or swelling. It took about 2 or 3 weeks. In time, the extra skin either was absorbed or contracted to the point that I could not cover the glans even if I wanted to. The result is indistinguishable from one that is circumcised. There is still a small fold of skin behind the glans where a small pocket of smegma can collect, but is easily washed off with routine bathing.
I would think this method would be much easier to promote.
