Telemedicine is the future of medicine, that's clear. Nowadays, the store-and-forward technology is the state of the art main strategy in teledermatology. This is maybe the reason why the project had 4 years ago 100 discussion cases and 400 users and nowadays the telederm.org project consists of about 1500 users, 1200 cases and over 4500 comments on the cases.
