Kudos for publishing the article "Eight Americas" by Murray CJL et al. It is a crucial report in our understanding disparities in mortality of disease across the United States. Because of the Open Access process with it's ability to "download, copy, distribute, and use" as we need to educate our colleagues, patients and policy makers is crucial to fighting this battle.
