Competing Interests

During the writing of this paper, PS had a short-term (4 month) consulting contract with PSI, an international non-governmental organization implementing medical male circumcision programs. PS's consulting scope of work focused on tuberculosis programming and did not include any activities associated with their medical male circumcision programs.
