A, B. Serially diluted MCF10A empty vector, RAD51 WT and RAD51 G151D expressing pools were X-irradiated at 0, 2, 4, or 8 GY (A) or treated with 0 μM-1.2 μM Mitomycin C (MMC) (B). After 10 days, colonies were stained with crystal violet and scored. Data are representative of 4 independent experiments and graphed as mean ± SD. C. MCF10A pools expressing RAD51 WT and G151D were plated in 48 well plates in triplicate and treated 24hrs later with 0 nM-600 nM doxorubicin for 1hr. Cell viability was measured 96hrs post-treatment by MTT assay. Data are representative of 4 independent experiments and graphed as mean ± SD.
