A) Mif2 ChIP at CEN3 normalized to CEN14 IP. Mif2 fold change 1 hour after inactivation of CEN3 by addition of galactose was measured in GAL-CEN3 (SGD10.2), mcm21Δ, mcm21Δ sir2Δ and mcm21Δ sir3Δ. Mif2 levels in mcm21Δ are significantly lower than GAL-CEN3 (p = 0.02) and mcm21Δ sir2Δ (p = 0.016) but not significantly different from mcm21Δ sir3Δ. B) Mif2 ChIP at CEN14 normalized to CEN14 nonIP. Mif2 fold change 1 hour after inactivation of CEN3 by addition of galactose was measured in GAL-CEN3 (SGD10.2), mcm21Δ, mcm21Δ sir2Δ and mcm21Δ sir3Δ.
