Corrupted supplemental tables

It looks like supplemental Tables S2, S3 and S4 are corrupted. Is there is a way to fix this?

Thank you for your comment. The files were uploaded to the journal website using the wrong format (MS Word instead of Excel). This issue should be resolved shortly.
