IL2RA in Multiple Sclerosis

We have read your article with a lot of interest and we are glad to see that your results are in agreement with ours published simultaneously in PLoS ONE [1]. However, as a difference, we have not seen an independent MS association of the rs11594656 (rs35285258 in our paper, Group II) and the rs2104286 (Group III). We can’t give an acceptable explanation for this difference. On the other hand, these two works confirm the complexity of the association of this locus in MS and other autoimmune diseases.
